24-hour Cancellation Policy:
While 48-hours notice is preferred; 24 hours notice by phone is required on all private and semi-private session timechangesandcancellations to avoid being charged in full.
The only exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy are these infrequent emergency situations:
Sudden hospitilization of yourself, your spouse, your child, pet or parent in your care.
Severe weather resulting in difficult driving conditions.
Official school closings due to weather-related conditions.
Death of pet, parent, spouse, or child.
Regular weekly appointment policy:
If you schedule a standing weekly appointment time, there is an understanding between you and the studio that both will honor the agreed upon appointment time on a regular basis. Frequent cancellations (even within the 24-hour cancellation policy window) will result in forfeiture of that time slot. Pre-paid session card policy:
10-session cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
5-session and 5-class cards are valid for 2 months from date of purchase.
No exceptions.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on any unused sessions or class packages with the exception of severe bodily injury requiring extensive, lengthy physical therapy by a licensed physical therapist. A doctor's note must be provided in order to receive your refund.
Semi-private session policy:
If you have committed to a regular semi-private session appointment time with a partner and one partner cancels within 24-hours, that partner will be charged as applicable to the 24-hour cancellation policy. The remaining partner will receive a private session at the semi-private session rate. However, if one partner cancels honoring the 24-hour cancellation policy time, the session is converted to a private session. The remaining partner receives a private session and their session card will be deducted at the full private session rate. Repeated cancellations will result in that partner being excluded from the semi-private session option.
